Google, Amazon adding AI "ambassadors"
Having grafted a myriad of AI applications onto their cloud services, the major players - including AWS and Google - have found many of their potential users to be too uncomfortable or intimidated to use them. So, they have begun to send representatives into the field to work with and educate potential clients.
